Return Policy

At Bunker Indust, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item, so we have made our return policy as simple and straightforward as possible.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@bunkerindust.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

After-Sales Support

In the rare event that your received items are damaged, lost, defective, incorrect, or missing accessories, we are committed to providing reliable after-sales support. We offer hassle-free exchanges or returns at no cost to you. However, to ensure efficient processing of your request, it is important to provide us with supporting documentation such as photos, videos, or proof of assessment. We kindly request that you refrain from sending the products back to us without contacting us first. This will help us facilitate a smoother resolution process and prevent unnecessary delays.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@bunkerindust.com before the item has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to return it as outlined above and place a new order for the item(s) you would like instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Return Address

Due to our partner warehouses throughout the US, the return address may be different than the shipping address depending on your location.

Please do not send the product back to the shipping address without contacting us. If you do, the warehouse will discard the package because it cannot be recognized, which may prevent you from successfully returning the product.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any returns that do not meet the criteria for a full refund, such as products that are returned without their original packaging or with missing parts or being damaged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Warranty

At Bunker Indust, we take pride in our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30-day worry-free warranty on all our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the product must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging, and must not have been used. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees. With Bunker Indust, you can shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you believe there is a problem with your product, please contact us via email or chat box on the page. We will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

Photo/Video Proof

To help us assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution, we may require photos or videos of the product. Please provide these as requested so we can quickly resolve any issues.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a minimum 12-month warranty on all products, and some products may have a lifetime warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults in the product that occur during normal use.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes. This also includes damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

Case-by-Case Assessment

We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis, and if required, we may request further information or photo/video proof to complete the claim. If the product needs to be returned for warranty purposes, we will provide a return label.
